Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation Regarding Publication in the Federal Information System On Civil Service of Information on Imposing Disciplinary Action in the Form of Dismissal Due to Loss of Trust as a Result of Corruption-Related Crimes.
The Federal Law introduces amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation aimed at improving the system of anti-corruption measures.
The law provides for the creation of a register of persons who have been dismissed due to the loss of trust.
The register will contain information on disciplinary action imposed against officials holding public offices in the Russian Federation, public offices in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal offices, civil servants and municipal employees as well as employees of relevant authorities and organisations, in the form of dismissal due to loss of trust as a result of corruption-related crimes.
The online publication of this register will help to gather prompt information about compliance with the anti-corruption legislation by candidates for public offices at federal and municipal levels, as well as for federal, municipal and other positions.
