Vladimir Putin held a meeting on the use of the radio spectrum, the implementation of the radio and television digitalisation programme, and the development of telecommunications.
The meeting was attended by members of the Presidential Executive Office, a number of federal ministers, heads of the leading television companies and specialised holdings, and the main shareholders of the Big Three cellular service providers.
