1. During the 2018 Russian presidential election, organise live video streaming on the internet of voting and ballot counting procedures at polling stations on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as the work of territorial election commissions, while providing for the following:
a) Funding from the 2017–2018 federal budget, in the amount of 74.9 million rubles in 2017 and no less than 2.727 billion rubles in 2018, for the government contract for services to transfer information and transmit a signal on the internet in order to set up live video streaming, as well as to collect and store recorded video broadcasts;
b) The possibility of undertaking budget commitments arising from the government contract mentioned in item 1(a) after October 2, 2017.
Designate the Public Joint Stock Company Long-Distance and International Telecommunications Rostelecom as the sole provider of services described in item 1(a) of this instruction in 2017–2018.
