The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 46 and 54 of the Federal Law On Communications.
The Federal Law obliges Russian telecom operators to set, within their networks, equal terms of service for all subscribers to their mobile services, regardless of the subscriber’s location in the territory of the Russian Federation (abolishing intra-network roaming).
