Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation to Prevent the Sale of Children, Their Exploitation and Child Prostitution, as well as Activities Related to the Production and Distribution of Materials or Objects with Pornographic Images of Minors.
The federal law supplements Russian legislation with the provisions of the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography (as it relates to the liability of legal entities).
