Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions following a meeting with Government members on April 30, 2014.
The instructions to the Russian Government concern the implementation in Russia of the target thermal energy market model as proposed by the Energy Ministry.
The Government has also been instructed to provide suggestions on measures of state support of Russian producers of animated and audio-visual products for children and showing such products on Russian television channels.
Other instructions to the Government concern the transit of passengers on ferry lines connecting mainland Russia mainland with the Crimean Federal District.
