The President talked by telephone with Ksenia Mazneva, 13, from St Petersburg, who took part in the New Year Tree of Wishes charity campaign.
Vladimir Putin made the seventh-grader’s dream of performing as a news presenter come true. With journalist Yekaterina Andreyeva, Ksenia took part in recording a news lead-in at the virtual studio of Channel One, as well as a lead-in for a news piece for the Vremya (Time) television show. The young student shared her impressions with the President on the phone.
