Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions issued following a December 29 meeting on establishing International Financial Centre in Russia.
The Government of the Russian Federation, the Presidential Executive Office and the Presidential Council for Civil Law Codification and Enhancement are instructed to additionally discuss the draft federal law on introducing amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and submit corresponding suggestions by March 1, 2011.
The Presidential Executive Office and the Government of the Russian Federation are instructed to jointly submit suggestions on optimising the structure of federal executive bodies fulfilling the functions of regulating, monitoring and supervising the Russian financial market by February 1, 2011.
The Central Bank of Russia and the Government are instructed to jointly develop the procedures and timeline for the Central Bank to cease being a stockholder of MICEX Group companies.
