Dmitry Medvedev extended his condolences to President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari in connection with a tragic road accident in the province of Punjab.
The message reads, in part:
“I was deeply grieved to learn about the tragic accident in Punjab, in which children and their teachers were killed and injured.
Mr President, please convey my sincere words of support and sympathy to the families and friends of the victims and my wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.”
