The Skolkovo innovation centre must demonstrate how Russia can and must make use of its immense scientific potential, Dmitry Medvedev said while addressing participants in the Global Innovation Partnerships Forum.

Dmitry Medvedev and Arnold Schwarzenegger discussed the possibilities for California's business and scientific communities’ participation in the Skolkovo innovation centre development. 

Dmitry Medvedev noted that California is one of the USA’s most economically advanced states and stressed Russia’s interest in promoting active contacts between Russian businesses and Silicon Valley companies to support Russia’s plans to build an innovation centre in Skolkovo.
