Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On the Early Termination of Mandate of Kaluga Region Governor.
At the request from Kaluga Region Governor Anatoly Artamonov, the President has terminated Mr Artamonov’s mandate and appointed him Acting Governor of Kaluga Region until a newly elected Governor assumes office.
