Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions following the June 25, 2014 meeting with Government members.
In particular, the instructions to the Government, together with Russian Railways, concern adjustment of Russian Railways fares, transportation of passengers on suburban routes, and measures to increase the efficiency of Russian Railways’ operations, including by increasing the speed in transporting freight and optimising empty rolling stock operation.
