The President signed Executive Order On Early Termination of the Mandate of Smolensk Region Governor.
Sergei Antufyev’s resignation was accepted following his request for an early termination of his mandate.
The Executive Order also appoints Alexei Ostrovsky acting governor of Smolensk Region until a new governor takes office.
