Vladimir Putin signed Executive Orders appointing:

- Minister of Justice Alexander Konovalov Special Presidential Representative for Cooperation with the European Union on ​​Freedom, Security and Justice;

- Presidential Adviser Alexander Bedritsky Special Presidential Representative on Climate Change;

- Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov Special Presidential Representative for Trade and Economic Ties with Ukraine;

- Alexander Zmeyevsky Special Presidential Representative for International Cooperation in Combating Terrorism and Transnational Organised Crime;

- Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov Special Presidential Representative on the Middle East;

- Head of the Federal Agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation Konstantin Kosachev Special Presidential Representative for Cooperation with CIS Countries.

- Arthur Chilingarov Special Presidential Representative for International Cooperation in the Arctic and Antarctic;

- Mikhail Margelov Special Presidential Representative for Cooperation with African countries;

- Kirill Barsky Special Presidential Representative for cooperation with the  Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, who will also act as Russia’s national coordinator in the SCO.
