Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order releasing Yevgeny Kuyvashev from his duties as Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Urals Federal District.
By another Executive Order, the President appointed Mr Kuyvashev acting Governor of Sverdlovsk Region until a new governor officially takes office.
