Mr Rutte will be in Russia as a guest of honour at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The two leaders will examine the full spectrum of bilateral relations, including implementation of the agreements reached during Mr Putin’s working visit to the Netherlands in April this year.
Particular attention will go to trade and economic cooperation and to organising the Year of Russia in the Netherlands and the Year of the Netherlands in Russia this year. Mr Putin and Mr Rutte will also discuss key international issues.
