Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the families of the victims of the terrorist act at the railway station in Volgograd and also passed on words of sympathy and wishes for a speedy recovery to all those who were injured.
The President has instructed Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets to fly to Volgograd to coordinate the provision of emergency first aid to the terrorist attack victims.
