Vladimir Putin signed an executive order appointing Andrei Belousov Presidential Aide.
As of June 24, 2013, Mr Belousov is released from his duties as economic development minister and appointed to the post of presidential aide.
In another executive order, the President released Elvira Nabiullina from her duties as presidential aide as of June 24, 2013, in connection with her appointment to the post of chairwoman of the Russian Federation Central Bank.
