Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani.
The two leaders stressed that the successful completion of the joint operation on liberating Aleppo from the militants is an important step towards full victory over international terrorism in Syria and towards establishing peace in that country.
