Vladimir Putin met with Acting Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin and teachers from Moscow schools.
The meeting touched on improving the National Final School Exam (EGE) system. Participants in the discussion presented various suggestions to the President on improving the exam procedures.
The President instructed Sergei Sobyanin to document the Moscow educators’ suggestions for subsequent review and analysis.
The meeting was held following a reception celebrating the start of the new school year, which brought together teachers and directors from Moscow schools who received state decorations in 2012 and 2013 at the Vernadsky State Geological Museum of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
