After the expanded meeting of the Defence Ministry Board and the ceremony to present Gold Star medals to Heroes of Russia participating in the special military operation, Vladimir Putin visited an exhibition in the atrium of the National Defence Control Centre.
The President was accompanied by Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chief of Staff of the Russian Armed Forces – First Deputy Defence Minister Valery Gerasimov.
Vladimir Putin examined stands exhibiting modern military hardware, drones, firearms, gear and other equipment. The President also examined models of various types of weapons, including the Sarmat missile complex.
