Transferable Presidential banner presented to top-performing Cossack Cadet Corps

Aide to the President and Chairman of the Council for Cossack Affairs Anatoly Seryshev took part in the ceremony for presenting the Presidential banner to the Yeysk Cossack Cadet Corps for winning the annual review contest for the title of The Best Cossack Cadet Corps. 

Anatoly Seryshev congratulated the Cossack cadet corps’ tutors and students on the well-deserved victory. He noted that the credit for the top spot in the contest goes both to the teachers and the students, as well as the regional authorities, which promote Cossack cadet education.

The Yeysk Cossack Cadet Corps was created in 2011. It won the annual review contest for the title of The Best Cossack Cadet Corps. Currently, it provides education to 220 cadets. In addition to the general curriculum, the cadets study history, culture and traditions of the Cossacks, military disciplines, and engage in athletic training.

The event was also attended by Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Southern Federal District Vladimir Ustinov and Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratyev .
