Vladimir Putin sent his congratulations on Independence Day to President of Abkhazia Raul Khadjimba.
The President of Russia praised the achievements of the Abkhazian people in boosting the republic’s socioeconomic development and building the bodies of authority of a sovereign state. He also highly assessed the development of Russian-Abkhazian relations in the spirit of alliance and strategic partnership.
Vladimir Putin expressed confidence in the continued development of fruitful bilateral cooperation in various spheres in the interests of the two nations and stronger regional stability and security.
