Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo at the Indonesian side’s initiative.
When discussing the coronavirus pandemic, the two presidents confirmed their intention for close cooperation in the fight against the infection and agreed, in particular, to step up contacts between the healthcare ministries of Russia and Indonesia.
Current issues of developing bilateral cooperation in other areas was also touched upon.
