- Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov Special Presidential Representative for Trade and Economic Ties with Ukraine;

- Alexander Zmeyevsky Special Presidential Representative for International Cooperation in Combating Terrorism and Transnational Organised Crime;

- Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov Special Presidential Representative on the Middle East;

- Head of the Federal Agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation Konstantin Kosachev Special Presidential Representative for Cooperation with Background information Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) CIS Countries.

- Mikhail Margelov Special Presidential Representative for Cooperation with African countries;

- Kirill Barsky Special Presidential Representative for cooperation with the  Background information Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, who will also act as Russia’s national coordinator in the SCO.
