Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Vladimir Putin on Russia’s successful holding of elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly.
The two presidents discussed the recent multilateral events held within the CSTO and SCO, expressing their satisfaction with the agreements reached there.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev offered his condolences on the tragedy in Perm. In his turn, Vladimir Putin passed on his sympathy to the families of the victims of the shooting in Almaty.
