Vladimir Putin witnessed signing of a number of documents on cooperation by Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin and ExxonMobil President Stephen Greenlee.
The executives signed the Deed of Amendment No 2 to the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Rosneft Oil Company and ExxonMobil Development Company dated 30 August 2011, the Memorandum of Understanding between Rosneft Oil Company and ExxonMobil Development Company, and a Heads of Agreement for Point Thomson Unit Interest.
