Dmitry Medvedev accepted Ella Pamfilova’s resignation from her post as chairwoman of the Council for Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights.
The President thanked Ms Pamfilova for the many years of work she has put into developing civil society, protecting human rights, and actively promoting the ideals of civil society, and for the great personal contribution she has made to this work.
