Mr Putin will visit the Grib Mining Company, where he will be briefed on the technological processes involved in diamond mining.
The President will hold a meeting during the trip on Arkhangelsk Region’s socioeconomic development, with officials from federal ministries and agencies, and representatives of the region’s business, industry and public organisations taking part.
Mr Putin will also meet with students from the Lomonosov Northern (Arctic) Federal University.
