Acting Minister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Alexander Kurenkov and Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov briefed Vladimir Putin on the developments around the destroyed section of a residential building in Belgorod as a result of the Kiev regime's attack. The President gave all necessary instructions.
Earlier on Sunday, the Governor of the Belgorod Region reported that a section of an eight-entrance ten-storey residential building collapsed as a result of Ukrainian shelling.
