With the anniversary of Grozny’s foundation coming up in 2018, the President resolved to adopt the suggestion by the Government of the Russian Federation on celebrating the 200^th anniversary of the foundation of the city of Grozny.

Executive authorities in Russia’s federal constituent entities and local government authorities received recommendations to participate in preparing and holding celebrations of Grozny’s 200^th anniversary.
