Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Chapter 21 of Part Two of the Russian Federation Tax Code.
The Federal Law exempts from value-added tax imports to the Russian Federation of materials to be used in scientific research for which there is no locally-produced equivalent, in accordance with the list and procedures approved by the Russian Federation Government.
