Vladimir Putin submitted to the People’s Assembly of the Republic of Ingushetia for consideration the candidacies of Deputy Chairman of the Ingush People’s Assembly Committee on Healthcare and Social Policy Ilyas Bogatyrev, Head of the Republic of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov and Nazran City Council Deputy Uruskhan Yevloyev for the post of Head of the Republic of Ingushetia.
The names of the candidates were submitted in accordance with Federal Law On General Principles of Organisation of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of Authority in the Regions of the Russian Federation of October 6, 1999.
