The President signed the Federal Law On Amending Article 6 of the Federal Law on the Special Economic Zone in Kaliningrad Region and on Amending Specific Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the Federal Law stipulates that during the period of investment project implementation, residents of the Special Economic Zone in Kaliningrad Region are allowed not to follow federal laws and other regulatory legal acts, if they result in an increase in the total tax burden for residents and have come into force after the start of financing for the investment project.
