Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions on the establishment and development of Bikin National Park.
The Government has been instructed to submit legislative amendments that will give indigenous peoples in the Extreme North, Siberia and the Far East the right to maintain their traditional lifestyles and engage in traditional economic activities on the territory of national parks.
The Government was also instructed to organise the adoption of legal acts required for establishing Bikin National Park.
The Government and the executive authorities of Primorye Territory and Khabarovsk Territory have been instructed to jointly draft a comprehensive programme for developing tourism in Bikin National Park.
