Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions following a meeting on wildfire emergency relief operations in the Siberian Federal District, held on April 21, 2015.
The Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with executive authorities of the Republic of Khakassia and Trans-Baikal Territory, are to take all the necessary emergency relief measures and provide assistance to all those affected by the wildfires, as envisaged by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The instructions also cover monitoring the implementation of relief measures and coordinating the relief efforts of federal executive authorities and those in the Republic of Khakassia and Trans-Baikal Territory.
