Vladimir Putin met with the Lipetsk Region Governor Oleg Korolev to discuss the social and economic situation in the region and the implementation of the Presidential Executive Orders.
The issues discussed included housing construction, healthcare and the budget.
The Governor said that investments have been growing, with Russian investors mostly interested in machine building and the energy industry. Mr Korolev also reported on implementing the pilot project to develop cooperatives and public enterprise.
