Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On the International Medical Cluster and Amending Individual Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law regulates relations in the creation and operation of an international medical cluster in the federal city of Moscow.
The Federal Law establishes the specificities of legal regulation for the operation of the cluster as a specialised form of organisation ensuring innovative work in the healthcare field, with the goal of developing medical activities, educational activities in healthcare and international cooperation in this area.
In accordance with the Federal Law, Russian and foreign legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can participate in the project.
