Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Early Termination of the Mandate of Murmansk Region Governor, releasing Marina Kovtun from her duties and appointing her acting governor of the region.
The President accepted Ms Kovtun’s request to step down from office as Governor of Murmansk Region ahead of term and appointed her acting governor of the region until an elected governor takes office.
