Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On the Organisation of the APEC 2012 Summit of Heads of State and Government of Member States of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Organisation, on the Development of Vladivostok as a Centre for International Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific Region, and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The federal law regulates relations in connection with the APECsummit’s organisation. The amendments apply to the administration of Vladivostok during the period of organising and holding the summit.
