Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Early Termination of Mandate of Ryazan Region Governor.
Following Ryazan Region Governor Oleg Kovalev’s request to step down from office ahead of term, the President accepted Mr Kovalev’s resignation and appointed Nikolai Lyubimov Acting Governor of the Ryazan Region until the elected governor assumes office.
