During his trip to the Samara Region, Dmitry Medvedev visited a mobile reception office, which processes letters and complaints from the public as part of the services provided by the Presidential Reception Office.
The mobile reception office operates from a bus manufactured by the Nizhnekamsk Automobile Plant, which makes it possible for the office to provide services to people living in remote areas.
The mobile reception office is equipped with the necessary communication means, in particular, equipment for video conferences, so the staff is able to contact, for example, the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Federal District.
The mobile reception has already been tested in several areas and has been positively received by the local residents.
