The order was signed during a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu.
The President agreed to the Defence Minister’s suggestion to form the Nakhimov Higher Naval School bearing the Order of the Red Star and the Sevastopol Presidential Cadet Academy in the Federal City of Sevastopol.
Corresponding instructions have been issued to the Government of the Russian Federation.
