While on a trip to Sverdlovsk Region, Vladimir Putin visited the Presidentsky Health and Fitness Centre in Nizhny Tagil. The President visited the sports hall and hockey arena, and spoke with young athletes.
The centre has an area of 100,000 metres and includes an indoor synthetic ice rink, seating for 500 spectators, a sports hall, swimming and training pools, and facilities for weights training, aerobics, wrestling, choreography, and fitness. The sports hall will host high level competitions in various sports disciplines.
