Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On the Celebration of the 300th Anniversary of Nizhny Tagil.
The 300th anniversary of Nizhny Tagil will be celebrated in 2022.
Nizhny Tagil is the second largest city in Sverdlovsk Region and a major industrial hub in the Urals. It was established in 1722 as a metallurgical centre. Since then, it has also become a major trade, sports and cultural centre of the region.
