Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On the Acting Head of the Republic of Udmurtia.
As incumbent Head of Udmurtia Alexander Volkov’s term in office has ended, Mr Putin appointed Alexander Solovyev to the post of Acting Head of the republic until an elected head takes office.
