”The President offers his deepest condolences to all those who lost their loved ones, their children in this tragedy, and wishes a full recovery to those who were injured in this inhuman terrorist act,“ the Presidential Press Secretary said.

Dmitry Peskov also noted that the President had discussed the situation by telephone with Head of Udmurtia Alexander Brechalov, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, Healthcare Minister Mikhail Murashko, and Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov, who is on his way to Izhevsk.

All the necessary instructions have been given, and emergency planes with groups of doctors, psychologists, neurosurgeons and other specialists have been sent to Izhevsk. All necessary social issues will be addressed.
