Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the families and friends of the passengers and crew members of the helicopter that crashed in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area. The President also wished a speedy recovery to all those injured.
A Mi-8 helicopter owned by the Skol aviation firm from Krasnoyarsk and carrying three crew members and 19 passengers on board crash landed on October 21 in Purovsky District of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area. There are three survivors, according to the Emergencies Ministry.
