Dmitry Medvedev signed Instruction On the Working Group of the Presidential Executive Office to Coordinate and Evaluate Responses to Correspondence from Citizens and Organisations.
The working group is being created with the goal of further improving the process of handing correspondence from Russian citizens, foreign nationals and stateless persons, organisations and public associations regarding the actions or inaction of officials from the federal authorities, regional authorities and other state bodies, as well as local self-government, state and municipal staff.
