The working group of the Presidential Directorate for Protection of Citizens’ Constitutional Rights Expert Council met on February 18.
Meeting participants discussed problems relating to legislation on the entry, exit and residence of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, as well as issues related to proposals to amend legislation on Russian citizenship in line with presidential executive orders.
The meeting was attended by preeminent lawyers in the fields of constitutional law, state-building and civil law.
